COURT SEIZES ASSIN
SOUTH DCES CAR FOR FAILURE TO SETTLE CONTRACTORS BANK LOAN
The official car of the Assin South District Chief Executive Derrick Ambrose Owusu, NISSAN Patrol
with registration number GN 2003-11 and the District Coordinating Director’s
official Pickup with registration number GN 8087-12 have been seized by the
cape Coast High Court during an official meeting by the DCE and the
coordinating director in Cape Coast.
The Assin South DCE, Hon. Derrick Ambrose Owusu explaining
the what actually happened before the
car was taken by court said he guaranteed a loan for a contractor to undertake
a project for the Assembly but the contractor failed to adhere to the payment
of the loan .
The bank took the case to court and Cape Coast high court ordered
for the seized of the cars.
