“YEGYE YE SIKA” DEMONSTRATORS THREATEN DUABO AGAINST EOCO IF THEIR DEMO PROVES USELESS

Some protesters at the “Yegye Ye Sika demo” have threaten to summon the Economic And OrganisedCrime Office (EOCO) before their deity if they refuse to retrieve monies from names presented to themfrom the demo.

The “yegye ye sika” demonstration organized by Adom Fm led by Captain Smart and team DwasoNsemrecorded about 1500 – 2000 people from the ten regions in the country.

Some protestors, tell Adom News they will be cursing EOCO if their protest yields no result.

 

Chief of Bruiem Traditional Area in the Volta Region Nana Aburam Kotoko said EOCO will face their wrath if nothing is done about their protest.

He said his people are relying on him for developmental projects in his area meanwhile some people are squandering the money.

Nana AburamKotoko has pleaded with EOCO to take quick effect to prevent future happening.       

 

Meanwhile the demonstrators say they will be hitting the street of Kumasi no matter the outcome of today demo.

Some people in Kumasi has expressed their preparation towards Kumasi demo.

In all EOCO has promised to get back to the demonstrators in 7 days.
